The Marion Magloire Youth Deserve a Chance to Dream Foundation, is a charity organization, dedicated to assisting one of Toronto’s most precious resources; our youth.
The foundation was started in the fall of 2002 by Marion Magloire, mother of local Toronto NBA player, Jamaal Magloire.
Youth Deserve a Chance to Dream strives to create opportunities to better the lives of young people by strengthening local community youth services that are under funded by raising money through donations and fundraising events.
Youth Deserve a Chance to Dream supports groups and organizations whose main objectives are to educate, nurture and guide young people by offering character building activities, seminars and events, which enable them to become responsible and productive citizens. Our goal is to provide various types of assistance to organizations that provide a positive, stimulating social environment that encourages personal growth to at-risk youth in our community.
Youth Deserve a Chance to Dream feels all youth should be given a choice, a chance and the opportunity to excel and achieve.
